Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager /Manager, Sales and Marketing to join our team, focusing on developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that align with our budget goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately meet or exceed sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning

Drive and market for FHKI business endeavours to achieve FHKI’s Vision and Mission
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with sales objectives and budget constraints
Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to develop sales and marketing campaigns based on market research and intelligence

Budget Management

Create and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with financial goals
Track and report on budget performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize expenses spending

Campaign Development

Design, implement, and manage targeted sales and marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to drive sales growth
Closely collaborate with colleagues across different Divisions and Departments to develop promotions, sales and marketing strategies and materials to support their goals and objectives

Performance Analysis
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing initiatives and their impact on sales
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales and marketing performance and ROI

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, corporate communication, membership relations service) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts against company objectives

Customer Engagement
Develop and maintain strong customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing messages
Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to refine sales and marketing strategies to improve customer satisfaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related disciplines
5+ years experiences in performance marketing / search engine marketing / internet marketing / digital marketing and CRM
Relevant Experience in B2B, event or digital agency is an advantage.
Experience in popular ad platforms (e.g. Google ads, Apple, Facebook, Hubspot, Linked In Campaign Manager)
Work knowledge of marketing analytical tools, e.g. Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Linked In Analytics, Twitter Campaign Analytics, etc.
Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multi-task under the tight deadlines
Independent, self-driven and enjoy working in retail market
Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
