KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Officer reports to Deputy Senior Manager and performs the following duties:

Co-ordinate and organize corporate events, members activities and provide marketing services in Hong Kong in formats of seminars, exhibitions, mission, award schemes, business matching, and other business-related networking events;
Provide secretariat services to the assigned industrial groups and committees, including preparation of meeting agenda, papers and minutes;
Drive members acquisition and retention through members visit and provide high-quality services to members;
Prepare promotional materials, i.e. flyers, brochures, e DM, social media post for event marketing and promotion;
Maintain excellent communication and relationship with internal and external parties for better results; and
Provide support to any other ad-hoc duties and activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

University graduate in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, Journalism, or business-related disciplines;
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
Experience in statutory bodies, NGOs, trade / business association is an advantage;
Experience in Committees’ support is an advantage;
Self -motivated; well-organised, detail-minded, and good sense of responsibility;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Flexibility to work additional hours when required and attend occasional after-hours events;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
Knowledge on using AI would be advantage.

TEMPORARY PERIOD
Late December 2024 - Mid-April 2025 (Maternity Leave)
