Responsibilities:
Assist to oversee the operation of the team.
Review new life insurance application documents and policy services request, and keep track of the progress and completion status.
Liaise and maintain good working relationship with brokers as business partners, keep track of referral cases and review the overall business performance.
Assist to review and monitor regularly insurance business progress, operating conditions, and implement sales incentives measures.
Plan, co-ordinate, review and monitor the preparation of different insurance business records, reports and materials to ensure its accuracy, and review response to survey and report to the regulatory authorities and auditor.
Assist to manage the approval process and launch of new insurance products, revamp of existing products and product for policy financing.
Plan and conduct market research and responsible for formulating product and marketing strategies.
Plan and co-ordinate training for new insurance product, existing product update, market intelligence, audit findings, and regulatory and compliance update.
Keep track of the launch of new laws and regulations promulgated by regulatory authorities. Work with the internal control team to formulate, enhance and revise insurance related operating rules and manuals to comply with all necessary policies and guidelines.
Other insurance sales supportive and administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 10 years of experience in life insurance sales, administration or business support.
Familiar with the development and market trend of life insurance business.
Familiar with life insurance product trend and competitive edge of best-selling products in the market.
Familiar with MS Excel and with good data analysis skills, clear and rigorous logic.
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
