Senior Marketing Assistant/Marketing Assistant, EMBA Marketing and Admissions (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530425) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 2 years of work experience. Relevant experience in the marketing and admissions functions for EMBA/DBA or other executive education programmes, or work experience in the marketing and admissions as Executive Assistant in education institutions or in operating new media platform(s) would be an advantage. They should have outstanding organisational and communication skills, a great command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), as well as proficiency in using MS office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point. They should also be mature, meticulous and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and be a good team player. Candidates with good marketing skills, or familiarity with social media platforms (including being skilled at using We Chat for promotion) would be highly preferred. Those with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant.
The appointee will assist in various marketing and admission areas of a new EMBA stream, such as admission process, database management, website update, marketing content generation, invoices and purchase orders processing, events support, etc. He/She will also perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will work at the Faculty’s Cyberport campus, and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
