Senior Marketing Executive (3-5 years experience)
Primary Focus: Campaign Leadership & Account Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign strategies and manage client relationships
- Mentor junior team members and oversee project execution
- Develop marketing proposals and manage client expectations
- Handle budget planning and resource allocation
- Drive social media strategy and content direction
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare client reports
Primary Focus: Content Creation & Campaign Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media content
- Support senior executives in campaign execution
- Write creative captions and copy
- Monitor social media metrics
- Assist in content calendar management
- Help with data analysis and reporting
Senior Level:
- 3-5 years of marketing/account management experience
- Proven client relationship management skills
- Team leadership and mentoring abilities
- Budget management experience
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation skills
