Primary Focus: Campaign Leadership & Account Management
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead campaign strategies and manage client relationships
• Mentor junior team members and oversee project execution
• Develop marketing proposals and manage client expectations
• Handle budget planning and resource allocation
• Drive social media strategy and content direction
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare client reports

Marketing Executive (Fresh Graduate - 1 year experience)
Primary Focus: Content Creation & Campaign Support
Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media content
• Support senior executives in campaign execution
• Write creative captions and copy
• Monitor social media metrics
• Assist in content calendar management
• Help with data analysis and reporting

Combined Requirements
Senior Level:

• 3-5 years of marketing/account management experience
• Proven client relationship management skills
• Team leadership and mentoring abilities
• Budget management experience
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation skills

Entry Level:

• Fresh graduates welcome
• Basic understanding of digital marketing
