Senior Merchandiser
Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily foreign trade order operations, including new order quoting, system order placement, shipping arrangements, return management, and payment collection.
2. Handle customer sampling requests and quotations, and regularly introduce new products to clients.
3. Actively participate in domestic and international trade shows to develop new clients.
4. Manage files in accordance with archival rules and regulations.
5. Perform other related follow-up tasks.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, must have the right to work in Hong Kong and reside in Hong Kong.
2. Over 5 years of experience in foreign trade order following.
3. Strong English writing and oral communication skills, fluent in Cantonese.
4. Proficient in common office software, especially Excel skills (function usage, data analysis).
5. Familiar with the operational processes and relevant laws and regulations of international trade, with solid professional knowledge in foreign trade.
6. Good communication skills, cross-departmental coordination abilities, and possess business negotiation skills.
7. A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance.
跟單專員
崗位職責
1.負責日常外貿訂單管理：新單報價、系統下單、出貨安排、退貨管理、收款等；
2.負責客戶的索樣及報價，並定期向客戶推薦新產品；
3.定期參加國內外行業展會，積極開發新客戶；
4.根據檔案管理規則，作好檔案的管理工作；
5.其他跟單相關工作。
職位要求
1.大學本科學歷，須具有香港工作資格並住在香港；
2.5年以上外貿跟單工作經驗；
3.具備較強的英語寫作及口語能力，粵語口語流暢；
4.熟練使用常用辦公軟體，特別是EXCEL技能（函數運用、資料分析）；
5.熟悉國際貿易的操作流程及相關法律法規，具備扎實的外貿專業知識；
6.良好的溝通能力、跨部門協調能力、具備一定的業務談判能力；
7.具備團隊合作精神，責任心強，抗壓性強。
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
