Senior Officer - SAP Basis - (HK)

Job Responsibilities:
- SAP Basis Administration
- Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions, including software installation, setup, enhancement pack, and support pack installation and upgrades
- Monitor system performance, tune and manage system capacity to optimize enterprise standards and best practices
- Administer the SAP HANA system, including the database, SUSE Linux OS, and VMware v Center
- Administer the SAP ECC system, including the SQL database and Windows server
- System Monitoring and Incident Resolution:
- Configure and maintain the Solution Manager to monitor and administer the SAP system
- Provide daily support to functional teams and end-users, resolving technical and performance-related issues
- Collaborate with SAP via OSS and Solution Manager to technically resolve problems
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, and conduct DR tests
- Support the integration and management of the SAP cloud platform
- Project Implementation and Documentation:
- Participate in project implementation and deployment activities
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including policies and guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of proven experience in SAP Basis administration
- Strong knowledge of SAP HANA database and SAP Solution Manager
- Proficient in SUSE Linux operating system and VMware v Center administration
- Experienced in Windows server and SQL database management
- Ability to work independently under pressure and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Putonghua is preferred
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
