Senior Program Manager for Marketing

Senior Program Manager – Marketing Department (PRC Based, 45 Minutes from Shenzhen)
Company Overview:
Our client is a Singapore-listed manufacturing group that specializes in providing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to prominent global consumer and industrial brands. With facilities located in Hong Kong, Southern China, and Vietnam, our client is seeking high-caliber individuals to join and advance their careers in the following areas.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Over 10 years of managerial experience in a sizable EMS company.
Extensive experience in customer negotiation and interface, RFQ and quotation processes, contract and agreement reviews, risk management, cost recovery, and new product introduction management.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of program managers.
Oversee major program deliverables, including quality, cost, and delivery, while managing products from the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase to mass production by coordinating a dedicated team across various functional departments (e.g., engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing engineering).
Manage customer relationships to ensure their needs and requirements are met.
