Senior Program Manager – Marketing Department
Location: PRC Based, 45 Minutes from Shenzhen
Our client is a publicly listed manufacturing group in Singapore, primarily engaged in providing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) to prominent global consumer and industrial brands. With operations and facilities located in Hong Kong, Southern China, and Vietnam, they are inviting high-caliber professionals to advance their careers in the following role.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
Over 10 years of managerial experience in a large-scale EMS company.
Extensive experience in customer negotiations, RFQ and quotation processes, contract and agreement reviews, risk management, cost recovery, and new product introduction (NPI) management.
Proficient in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of program managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee major program deliverables, including quality, cost, and delivery, while managing the product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to mass production by coordinating efforts with various functional departments (e.g., engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing engineering).
Manage and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure all needs and requirements are met.
