Senior Sales Manager - Automobile

They are currently seeking high caliber individuals for the following position to join the dynamic new team:
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement effective sales tactical program to drive channel business initiative and keep up sales momentum in timely manner
- Lead and motivate the team to drive sales performance to achieve sales targets
- Proactively cultivate new client relationships through strategic outreach initiatives, leveraging existing connections to drive business expansion.
- Analyze sales trends and market intelligence to prepare sales forecasts, sales analysis reports, and stock management
- Manage the showroom operations and deliver outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers
- Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
- Degree holder in marketing, business administration or relevant qualifications
- A proven track record with minimum 8 years’ solid vehicles sales experience achieving revenue and sales goals, including 3 years in managerial/supervisory level
- Strong leadership abilities, able to guide and coach team members to achieve business excellence
- Strong commitment, with a positive, proactive and get the job done mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers
- Strong passion for automotive is a MUST.
薪酬： $45,000.00至$55,000.00（每月）
