Our Service & Training Asia Department in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong is looking for a Service & Training Specialist Asia

Your Responsibilities:
Content Development and launch support

• support regional head of Service & Training via working directly with cluster/country field expert to extract domain knowledge and best practices; Develop best-in-class product & service training material that blends modern learning techniques and storytelling to provide a personal touch for our customer; Collaborate with brand and marketing team on latest concept and innovation launch to enable persuasion capability at retail level and drive brand penetration

Delivery and performance management

• Ensure timely execution of new staff training to minimize attribution rate and activate sales contribution; work with Corporate Learning & Development leader to provide training toolkits.

Service standard and advocate program

• Support regional head of Service & Training to manage service standard and KPIs (e.g. Mystery Shopper program/Net Promoter Score); consolidate cluster/country consumer service practices; participate corporate service design process.

Organization & Culture

• Embody corporate core competency in daily work life; Ensure best practices and lessons learned are shared across partnership; bring Passion Corporate Value to live; quick response to market dynamic and always act with positivity and entrepreneurship.

Digital Resource Management

• Plan, develop and execute the creation of digital training materials, which include photo shooting, video creation and mobile application maintenance; Coordinate with the country field expert on the development of script, video shooting process and video editing; Share with the country on the material developed; Manage the external vendor in maintaining the e-learning tools which should be delivered at its best quality

Your ideal profile:

• Previous experience (minimal 2 years) in Learning & Development / Training / HR Operation function / Retail Operations
• Knowledge in frontline retail store operation (sales & service)
• Proven experience of generating and delivering product & service education program with a strong consumer focused approach
• Knowledge of textile/apparel/fashion industry would be an extreme advantage
