Responsibilities:
Perform recurrent settlement tasks including payment matching, daily trade transactions, and reconciliation;
Handle daily operations related to stock and CCASS including but not limited to IPO placement, transfer, and reconciliation;
Handle Nominees and Custodian Services activities including corporate action, entitlement, and securities collaterals, and ensure all instructions from clients are timely and efficiently executed;
Handle daily operation tasks on margin financing service to ensure proper actions are taken;
Communicate with banks, payment agents, fund houses, in-house counterparties, and/ or client services effectively;
Participate in system development projects, in particular during user requirement collection, UAT, system migration, and deployment;
Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Banking or Finance disciplines (basic knowledge in financial products is an added advantage);
1 to 2 years of experience in handling Securities Settlement will be an advantage;
Familiar with Euroclear & CCASS operation is preferred;
Cooperative, a responsible, detail-minded, and meticulous person with a positive attitude, good stress management, and fast-paced working style;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate availability or a short notice period will be an advantage.
