Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Social Media Account Assistant/Manager to manage and optimize our social media channels. The ideal candidate should possess creative thinking and excellent communication skills, capable of developing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the company’s social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to ensure brand consistency and appeal.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and improvement suggestions.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality social media content.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain a positive brand image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of social media management experience, familiar with social media tools and analytics software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong creative thinking and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
