Dreamland Internet Marketing is an internet advertising and marketing company based in Hong Kong, dedicated to providing innovative digital marketing solutions. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Human Resources Officer to support our team building and employee development.
Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Human Resources Officer to manage our HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively support recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Assist with employee training and development programs to support career advancement.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
- Handle employee relations matters, including performance evaluations and feedback.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- At least 1 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong organizational skills and a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management.
