Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and selection of new employees; assist in formulating recruitment plans
- Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring information accuracy
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs
- Participate in employee relations management, resolving employee issues and conflicts
- Assist in implementing the company's HR policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, with recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork
- Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws and HR management regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software
