In our growth journey since 2013, we have grown from Singapore to Malaysia & Philippines and soon to be opening in Hong Kong. We are dedicated to providing exceptional all day dining, coffee experiences and delicious baked goods in a warm and high energy atmosphere with a great vibe. As we continue to expand internationally, we are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our outlet in Hong Kong, scheduled to open in October this year.
We’re on the lookout for a creative, experienced, hungry, and committed leader to join our team as the Sous Chef for our first flagship outlet in Hong Kong. The role will work closely with the Singapore team, ensuring seamless kitchen operations, consistent food quality and positive leadership of the team.
Our Sous Chef will lead the team to deliver memorable customer experiences, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant environment in Hong Kong.
2. Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume kitchen teams, driving business growth, and achieving financial targets.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and cultivate a culture of excellence and teamwork.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
6. Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and cultural nuances in Hong Kong is a plus.
