Responsibilities:
Lead your sports department with finesse, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance product performance and create exceptional in-store experiences.
Optimize sales, ensure seamless product availability, deliver top-notch service, and collaborate on visually appealing merchandising displays reflecting Decathlon's standards.
Build and empower a high-performing team, efficiently managing schedules, fostering a positive work environment, conducting regular individual meetings, prioritizing safety, and fostering teamwork through exciting challenges, ensuring long-term collective success at Decathlon.
Collaborate closely with Store Leaders, teammates, and City Sport Team leaders to co-create and execute comprehensive commercial and marketing strategies, amplifying the sport's presence and impact, while taking a long-term approach to its development in Hong Kong through localized strategies within your store.
