Sports Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction and Program Development: Plan, teach and deliver the fitness, sports skills, personal enrichment, and wellness classes. Lead a small team to design and develop student development programs, including sports and wellness events.
- Student Engagement: Work with sports leaders to advise student clubs, promote sports participation, and coach sports teams. Provide professional assistance to elite student athletes.
- Administrative Support: Assist in sports facilities management and handle other relevant duties as assigned.
- A recognized degree in physical education, sports, or related studies (a higher degree is preferred).
- At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in teaching, coaching, and/or organizing sports activities in a university or educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Outgoing with a positive attitude and the ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A good network with National Sports Associations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, be energetic, responsive, and a good team player with a keen interest in working with students.
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours.
- A 2-year renewable contract with a competitive starting salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
