We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Sports Development Manager. Reporting to the Head (Sports Development), you will play a crucial role in providing instruction, teaching and administrative support for sports and physical education services for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction and Program Development: Plan, teach and deliver the fitness, sports skills, personal enrichment, and wellness classes. Lead a small team to design and develop student development programs, including sports and wellness events.
• Student Engagement: Work with sports leaders to advise student clubs, promote sports participation, and coach sports teams. Provide professional assistance to elite student athletes.
• Administrative Support: Assist in sports facilities management and handle other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A recognized degree in physical education, sports, or related studies (a higher degree is preferred).
• At least 7 years of post-qualification experience in teaching, coaching, and/or organizing sports activities in a university or educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Outgoing with a positive attitude and the ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• A good network with National Sports Associations is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, be energetic, responsive, and a good team player with a keen interest in working with students.
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours.
