Sports & Recreation Supervisor

Responsibilities
  • Developing, planning and organizing the Sports and Recreation related program/activities.
  • Organize local competitions and local international events of assigned sports.
  • Ensure all the sports facilities are well maintained and set up properly.
  • Handle and follow up all the enquiries and related issues to maintain the smooth operation.
  • To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Sports/Recreation or related discipline
  • At least 4 years working experience in clubhouse, hotel or similar establishment, of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Experience in event organizing is a must
  • Experience with private clubs preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, Self-motivated & willing to work in Public holidays and irregular hours
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
