Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to supervisors in the daily operation of the store

Liaise with relevant stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure the right goods and service are delivered efficiently

Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment and store management

Assist in handling quality discrepancies of goods and product recall and supplies related activities

Assist in maintaining good housekeeping works, store safety and security

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time

Job Requirements

Completion of Secondary school

At least 1 year's relevant work experience. Previous experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage

Good communication skills

Proficiency in using MS Office applications

Compensation and Employment Terms

We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
