Role Purpose
- Provide guidance and support to Technical Publication team and Technical Records, oversee daily operations issues;
- Responsible for maintaining a technical record system for maintenance data entry which conform with HKCAD and HKE internal requirements;
- Responsible for maintaining and monitoring technical document filing and archiving, manage tech record rooms operations in accordance with HKE SPM and HKCAD requirements;
- Ensure compliance and an effective process of maintenance document verification, closely monitor MRO performance, provide monthly performance report to Management;
- Ensure compliance documents and reports meets an acceptable standard in terms of quality and accuracy for authorities/lessor audits purpose;
- Support aircraft delivery and redelivery project in accordance with HKE standard and lease contract requirement;
- Ensure aircraft maintenance manual and document are properly installed and updated in M&E server, AMOS and riding engineer’s laptop(s);
- Ensure outstation service provide meet HKE requirement in term of document acknowledgement;
- Ensure compliance of OEM documents distribution such as SB, SIL to the concerned M&E parties for review and evaluation;
- Support new systems or procedures development for improvement;
- Maintain close liaison with HKCAD/MRO/OEM/Outstation/HKE QSS /Other division staff in HKE M&E department for technical record and technical publication issues;
- Handle Technical Publication related budget application and cost control;
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management.
- Degree in Aircraft Engineering or any related discipline or equivalent;
- Minimum 4 years of related working experience in aviation industry including at least one year of technical record or technical publication;
- Possess good interpersonal skill;
- Good at Microsoft office and data base software knowledge;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
