Requirement

Diploma or above in IT or computing related disciplines;

1 - 2 years experience in IT support;

IT certification in Microsoft and AWS is an advantage;

Willing to learn, proactive, responsible and team player;

Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English;

Fresh graduate will also be considered

Task and responsibilities

Provide technical support to end user on IT related hardware and software;

IT related hardware and software preparation;

IT inventory check and documentation;

Assistance on project implementation and maintenance
