Kong Int’l Airport, is now looking for:
Technical & Safety Manager

Reporting to the General Manager. The incumbent is responsible for several key functional areas of AFSC Companies.

Management and provision of Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Services.
Coordination of initiatives and development activities on quality assurance.
Identification of needs and development/ implementation of training programs to improve operational effectiveness for all operational personnel.
Acting as an advisor on operational policies, procedures, and remedies to deficiencies.
Keeping operation, quality control and HSE procedure manuals up-to-date, and conduct operations and HSE compliance checks.
Development of culture on continual improvement.

Qualifications / Experience
Minimum of ten years operations experience in the oil related industry.
Completed university/tertiary college education, or relevant experience in lieu.
Background training in engineering or a technical discipline.
Relevant qualification/experience in health & safety management.
Experience with a very broad scope of technical problems and HSE compliance issues of moderate to advanced complexity.
Fully conversant with Jet A-1 Quality Control Procedures.
Fully conversant with Tankfarm and Refuelling Operations.
Strong interpersonal skills
Training experience is essential.
Computer literate
Fluent in English/Cantonese. Working knowledge in Mandarin.
