Temporary Clerical Support Assistant

Location: Sheung WanRoles & responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties including gathering and consolidating data and statistics, preparing simple draft reply or emails and reports;
- perform general office administration duties such as handling enquiries and compilation of documents;
- assist in collection and collation of information for ad hoc projects or assignments; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- 5 passes in HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language or equivalent;
- at least 1 year of clerical experience;
- good computer knowledge; and
- proficient in both Chinese and English word-processing skills.
Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will be appointed on temporary basis with salary at $14,500 per month. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.Application:
