The postholder is responsible to the Project Manager (Student Recruitment and Community Engagement) for providing administrative and clerical support to the Student Recruitment and Community Engagement Office for its daily operation such as filing, answering enquiries, reception duties, assisting in administration and community outreach activities, and other duties as assigned.

Applicants should:
(a) Have at least 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in the HKCEE/HKDSEE, including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language, or the equivalent;
(b) Have at least 2 years of administration or event management experience;
(c) Have good computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word-processing;
(d) Have good organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as interpersonal and communication skills;
(e) Have a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently;
(f) Have a good command of English and Cantonese, and preferably Putonghua as well;
(g) Be an enthusiastic team player; and
(h) Preferably have an interest in the performing arts.

TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be on a 1-month (tentative) basis. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
