Trade Sales
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Maintenance:
1. Regularly visit clients, engage in phone communication, make on-site visits, and extend invitations for tours.
2. Provide gifts and greetings during holidays, and keep track of client activities.
3. Become familiar with the client's company and establish good relationships with relevant procurement managers.
Business Follow-up and Development:
1. Handle order fulfillment, sample arrangements, delivery coordination, post-sales communication, and payment collection between clients and mainland factories (suppliers).
2. Be well-versed in the company's product information and continuously recommend and introduce product features to target clients, showcasing our production advantages and company strength.
3. Make full use of Hong Kong's client resources to expand business through multiple channels, reach out to clients, and assist in cooperation on large orders and tenders.
4. Handle unexpected work matters and participate in various exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in English, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields, familiar with Hong Kong's large-scale retail and supermarket foreign trade business, with English as a working language. Preference will be given to those with experience in foreign trade order following or sales.
2. At least three years of B2B foreign trade sales experience, familiar with international trade operational processes, and knowledgeable about the market overview in Europe and the United States.
3. Proficient in commonly used office software (Word, Excel, PPT, XMIND, etc.) and know their operational processes and methods.
4. Have a stable life, passion for foreign trade business, good spoken English, strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and rigorous thinking.

崗位職責
客戶關係維護：
1.定期拜訪客戶，電話溝通，上門拜訪，邀請參觀等；
2.節日期間的禮物贈送和問候，掌握客戶動態；
3.熟悉客戶公司情況，跟相關採購負責人建立起良好的關係。
業務跟進與開發：
1.承接客戶與內地工廠(供應商)之間的訂單落實、樣品安排、交期協調、售後溝通、出貨回款對接等工作；
2.熟悉掌握公司的產品資訊，持續向目標客戶推薦、介紹相關產品賣點，展示我司的生產優勢、公司實力等；
3.充分利用香港的客戶資源，多管道拓展業務、觸達客戶、協助大訂單、標單的業務合作；
4.處理突發性的工作事宜，參加各類展會。
職位要求
1.本科及以上學歷，英語、國際貿易、市場行銷等相關專業，熟悉香港的大型零售、商超外貿業務，英語可作工作語言。有外貿跟單或者業務員經驗優先；
2.至少三年的to B外貿銷售經驗，熟悉國際貿易操作流程，瞭解歐美各國的市場概況；
3.掌握常用辦公軟體(Word、Excel、PPT、XMIND等)操作流程和方法；
4.生活穩定，熱愛外貿業務工作，英語口語良好，善於溝通，熱情積極，思維嚴謹。

Pay: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
