We are looking for a Wellness Supervisor (Health Club) based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Wellness Supervisor (Health Club), we rely on you to:
Assist the Recreation & Spa Manager in optimizing the cost and efficiency of Health Club operations and its associated facilities
Assist with working schedule arrangement of the team
Inspect the set-up and cleanliness of Health Club area to ensure that they are up to Hotel’s standard
Supervise the daily completion of the outlet logbook, indicating any guest feedback, suggestions and conduct follow up actions for areas of improvement
Conduct trainings on member services and operation issues to the team; ensure all trainings are completed according to the schedule
Propose special activities, event operation changes and improvements for promoting the usage of Health Club facilities
Monitor and control through regular inventory and liaison with the Cost Control Department on all revenues, purchases and inventories of the Retail-shop
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel Industry
Experience in P&L, budget & forecast would be an advantage
Customer oriented team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
