The Job

Monitoring regular contacts with tenants through home visit and provide professional counseling to tenants in elderly housing.
Make timely referrals to community service centre or related organizations for early treatment and closely liaise with NGOs for follow up.
Organize and implement classes, groups, programmes, functions and activities for tenants, club members and service users during regular intervals and festive dates.
Assist in managing Club House facilities / services and coordinate.
Handle ad-hoc projects and undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor deems appropriate.

The Person

Degree / Associate Degree holders in Social Science or related subject, preferably in Social Work discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in elderly services or related sector, residential care home for the elderly preferred.
Strong organization, co-ordination, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated team player and attentive to details.
Able to work independently and interested in communicating with elderly people.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
