General Information
Description & Requirements
- Degree in Economics/Business,
- 0-1 years of work experience, work experience gained in a consulting firm or in financial services industry is an advantage,
- proficiency in English and in Hungarian,
- strong foundation of various Windows based office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point),
- outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills,
- participation in university community life (e.g. Membership of College for Advanced Studies), excellent studies, case study competitions, international experience and further activities like TDK, OTDK are an advantage
- Proficiency in German
- International work experience
- Project management certifications
- Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience in the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, payments)
- You’ll be joining a growing, established team of professional consultants who are delivering impactful projects mainly for clients in the financial services sector.
- Participate in projects focusing on strategy creation and implementation, operations transformation, efficiency improvement.
- We expect you to understand the engagements as it relates to the client's business, constructively work within the project team, and assist in finding solutions by gathering and analyzing data.
- Summarize analytical findings in a coherent manner and contribute to the creation of high-quality deliverables.
- You will be provided with the opportunity to combine your experience and/or interest in customer and commercial strategy with our methodologies and knowledge
- You will work across a wide variety of topics and domains while helping our clients in understanding emerging shifts in the market, developing their customer and commercial strategy and enabling their strategic and commercial transformation
