Duties & Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with safety regulations and use of prescribed safety equipment.
• Post-final inspection of products and components and verification of related documentation in accordance with instructions, SAE and customer training;
• Recording quality data related to the inspection on a computer, managing it in SAP system and recording it on the appropriate customer portals;
• Control over the work of quality inspectors during cross-inspection;
• Checking the documentation accompanying the product (comparing traveller release number with MOS/BOP release number, checking traveller completion correctly, checking the current FAIR, MOS/BOP approval for the product;
• However, where it is preceded by an extraordinary driving journey (written or oral), the duties of the quality controller shall be:
• Monitoring of the production process (to detect and correct manufacturing irregularities)
• Active participation in the evaluation process of the first pieces of a product (FAIR/FPQ)
• Participation in recurring SAE and customer trainings and exams abroad.
• Conducting internal audits (process, workplace or product audit).
• Assessment and recording of rating information
• Active participation in the development or implementation of the method or any measurement methods to prevent or improve any rejects resulting from the process. Monitoring the effectiveness of the measurements made.
• Maintain good working relations and communication with operators.
• Comply with and enforce all rules, policies, work instructions, and all other procedures.
• If necessary, it is also obliged to perform other tasks.

Required education, experience, knowledge, skills

• Basic metallurgical education and experience in quality control;
• Skills and experience in the professional use of measuring instruments;
• Hungarian and English languages knowledge must
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings, as well as work instructions;
  
• Possess knowledge of measurement methods;
  
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Reliable and accurate in work;
• An independent and determined personality with a responsible and responsible work behavior;
• It is characterized by flexibility, endurance, good stamina and good communication skills;
