BRAND MANAGER DE'LONGHI HUNGARY - MATERNITY LEAVE (fixed until 2027 October)
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a commercially-savvy, highly driven and ambitious marketer who is ready to take on responsibility for coffee category as Brand Manager. This role will have an important contribution to the development of De’Longhi brand through leading big projects and bringing them to life. You will also be responsible for developing the company’s category growth strategy for the and for driving both image and sales for all products within their assigned segments.
Essential Functions:
- Developing and adapting brand strategies, planning and executing high quality and effective communication, activation and in-store activities that translate into increased sales, brand loyalty and market share growth
- Performing in-depth data analysis of Market Data, Sales Data and forecast
- Develop company strategy on how to grow the assigned categories by focusing on Distribution, Merchandising, Shelving, and Pricing fundamentals and translating them to actionable sales initiatives
- Driving end-to-end commercial & brand projects, being able to coordinate & influence cross- functional teams
- Managing budget & Brand P&L on own projects, accurately handling day-to-day brand financials
- Leading and inspiring external agencies in their day-to-day activities
Job Profile
- A brave creative and strategic thinker with relevant experience of 5+ years in Brand Management preferably within a similar industry, with a focus on developing successful consumer propositions built on relevant insights and market drivers
- Commercial experience and understanding of the retail environment, with a driven and passionate approach to marketing, driven by a strong analytical mindset, attention to details and outstanding creative approach
- Experience with various digital communication platforms
- The ability to connect and build networks vertically and horizontally across the organization, with a strong drive to influence positively, is essential, but also to work independently and result-oriented
- A person with full ownership for projects, open-minded and with the desire of bringing a fresh perspective whenever is needed
- English knowledge is essential, both written and spoken fluently
