In the Hungarian development center with our engineering team of 1000 we are present as an innovative and significant partner in one of the fastest growing and most exciting segment of the automotive industry, in the field of electromechanical steering systems. With outstanding quality and high-tech developments we meet the needs of renowned car manufacturers and our developments can be found in 25 % of the manufactured cars all over the world. Our engineers work on new challenges that can change the future of automotive.

Your responsibilities

• Creation of projects in the tool, keeping the governance of project naming, granularity and similar conventions
• Communication with project leaders and project members about deviations (dataitems not filled)
• Improving internal processes and procedures, with the support of own digital solutions (VBA, DB, Power Bi, SQL...)
• Requirement gathering, specification creating and discussion with external supplier. Support and Test/Release of the solutions
• Document business and technical requirements
• Monitor development progress and validate completed software
• Represent the project and present results
• Write user manuals

Your profile

• Higher education degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analyst or project coordinator role
• Fluent English language skills (both spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel
• Independence and strong organizational skills
• Systems thinking, process-oriented, and proactive personality
• Flexibility and adaptability

Advantages:
