Job Description
Your tasks:

• Managing indirect purchasing activities within Professional services area for the assigned material groups (Office, workshop-, storage- and laboratory equipment; Training) and countries (eg.: Germany, Hungary);
• Delivery of category and subcategory results;
• Develop the specific expertise, including market know-how, sourcing methods and competences, for the defined scope;
• Implement the indirect purchasing processes ensuring compliance requirements;
• Input and implementation of the global strategy in the defined scope;
• Adapt and ensure the specific expertise, including market know-how, sourcing methods and competences within the defined scope;
• Establish and further develop standard processes and tasks within the defined scope;
• Drive competition / further develop and apply negotiation expertise;
• Preparation and approval of purchasing decisions / contracts in accordance with the signature regulations;
• Key Account / Stakeholder management as per assigned scope;
• Managing escalations;
• Lean Routines / CIP methods and tools.

Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor’s degree (Technical or Commercial) and professional work experience min. 3 years;
• Experience with purchasing methods and IT tools for Indirect Purchasing;
• Business fluent German and English knowledge in writing and speech;
• Negotiation skills;
• Cost analysis within Indirect Purchasing;
• Willingness to travel;
• Category specialized knowledge;
• Contract law and legal requirements, compliance;
• Project management and moderation skills.
