Job Description
This is a Controller Trainee role in a brand-new SSC in the heart of Budapest. You will be responsible for reporting to the Controlling department and for supporting the Team with various analyses and suggesting process improvement ideas. The work can be managed fully remotely – with a time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.
Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Support the Controlling Team with various analyses
• Learn to analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support under the guidance of senior team members
• Identify opportunities for process improvements under the supervision of senior team members. This includes standardizing processes using Excel VBA to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency

Experiences and requirements:
Qualifications:

• Ongoing studies at least until June 2024 in Finance, Accounting, and Economics;

min 25 (up to 40h) hours per week working availability

• Proficient oral and written English
• Good understanding of financial concepts and principles, gained through academic studies
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Team player, communicates well
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Technical/ IT knowledge:

• Excel functions experience (VBA knowledge is an advantage)
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

Language – with level

• Native in Hungarian
• Fluent in English
• German language knowledge is an advantage
