DHL plays a leading role in international express, freight forwarding and logistics market. Our company continues to grow both internationally and in Hungary. We are looking for a new member to our young and dynamic team to the position of:
Customer Service Project and Tools Specialist
Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of Customer Service releated projects and applications

• Support Customer Service management team to evaluate and track the departments KPIs and performace indicators on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

• Create, run and maintain Customer Service reports and tools

• Support the decision making by generating ad-hoc reports and analyses for the management team

• As a project lead, ensure that the department is prepared for internal and external audits

• Regular contact with regional Customer Service teams

• Arrange weekly/ monthly Scorecard submission

• Tool trainings for Customer Services staff in case of new tool impelemnation or recent tool updates

• Induction training of new agents

• Technical and bussines support for end users at Customer Services

Requirements:

• Intermediate, active knowledge of English - both written and verbal

• Hungarian langauge is a must

• Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong time management, communication and presentation skills

• Solution-oriented mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks parallel, ability to drive projects

• Positive thinking

• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Firm, stress tolerant, precise personality
