We are looking for a Cyber Project Manager with a passion for driving security assessment projects for multinational clients. In this role, you will lead various projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and clear communication with clients. We are looking for a Cyber Project Manager with a passion for driving security assessment projects for multinational clients. In this role, you will lead various projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and clear communication with clients. What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in project management with a client-facing focus.
- Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English.
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including scoping and proposal preparation.
- Excellent people management skills and high attention to detail.
- Independent problem solver with a professional, proactive attitude.

High level of integrity and accountability in all aspects of work.
Nice to have:
- Background in IT operations, software development, or penetration testing.
- Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and network security.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and German language skills.
Your future role
- Managing penetration testing projects as part of broader security assessment programs for multinational clients.
- Driving projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion, including scoping, delivery, reporting, and accounting.
- Leading and supporting diverse project teams of 2-4 consultants, ensuring clear communication and smooth project flow.
- Reviewing and presenting test reports to clients, explaining security results and recommendations at a technical level.
- Engaging with business stakeholders on security issues, supporting their understanding and addressing concerns.
