Who we are looking for
Join Deloitte as an HR Business Partner!
We are seeking a proactive, strategically-minded HR professional who will support our Audit & Assurance division.
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Acquired 8+ years of HR experience in a complex organizational environment, preferably with at least one international company.
- Has experience in process development, implementing new processes, or managing organizational change.
- Has strong stakeholder management skills and can effectively adapt to business needs.
- Possesses excellent relationship-building and organizational skills, with an authentic and confident communication style.
- Demonstrates strategic HR thinking and the ability to develop and implement business-focused HR processes.
- Has strong knowledge of labor law and confidently applies it.
- Communicates fluently in English and in Hungarian, both written and spoken.
- Holds a degree in HR, psychology, or economics.
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience in coaching or organizational development.
Your future role
- Strategic development: Design and manage the HR strategy for your designated business area, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- HR consultant: Provide expert HR consulting to managers, guiding them in achieving their objectives and enhancing team performance.
- Data-driven insights: Prepare decision-making materials and forecasts that clearly outline the impact of HR processes, facilitating effective communication across the organization.
- Solution-oriented approach: Proactively assess business needs and identify innovative solutions, overseeing the implementation of development proposals.
- People management: Oversee the professional growth of the HR generalists supporting your area, while coordinating between the business unit and specialized HR functions (such as recruitment, training&development, etc.).
- Comprehensive HR support: Deliver full HR support, with a special emphasis on talent management, performance management, and training and development initiatives.
- Collaborative implementation: Actively participate in the creation and execution of the HR strategy and associated project work, driving organizational success.
