Team/Role Overview

The successful candidate will join the International Finance Internal Audit team in Budapest, which is part of the worldwide Internal Audit team. International Finance Internal Audit team is involved across a variety of finance, regulatory reporting, treasury, tax audits, working closely with the Finance, Treasury and Tax teams mainly across Europe, Africa and United Kingdom.

What you’ll do

• Plan, develop and execute audit plans, while managing a small to medium sized team of Internal Audit professionals, in accordance with Internal audit and regulatory standards
  
• Develop talent, build effective teams, and manage a budget
  
• Manage audit activities within the International Finance team, at both international and country level, including a portion of the annual audit plan
  
• Review and approves the Business Monitoring Quarterly summary and serve as lead reviewer for various tasks
  
• Collaborate with teams across the business and determine impact on the overall control environment and audit approach
  
• Advise and assists the business on change initiatives, while advancing integrated auditing concepts and technology adoption
  
• Apply an in-depth understanding of Internal Audit standards, policies and technology to a specific product or function
  
• Use communication skills to influence a wide range of internal audiences including product, function, or regional executive management partners
  

What we’ll need from you

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
  
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including experience in auditing Regulatory reporting, Recovery and Resolution, Treasury and Tax
  
• Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
  
• Effective verbal, written communication and negotiation skills
  
• Project management skills, influencing and relationship management skills
