IT Batch Operator

About the Job
To operate and have daily spport for 42X7 for core system application facing Incurance Company.
What you do
- Daily batch operation for the IT services for 24x7, including operation, batch management and batch running
- Test support for IT projects in batch job execution
- Monitoring and managing of incidents with support teams (P3-4)
- Creating and monitoring IT SLA, publishing it to customers
- Database and system tuning for the service portfolio
What you bring
- Education or experience in IT (High school diploma)
- Minimum 5 years of Adequate experience
- Intermediate (B2) English knowledge
- Good written and verbal communicational skills
- Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently
- Proactivity, good communication skills
