• Daily batch operation for the IT services for 24x7, including operation, batch management and batch running
• Test support for IT projects in batch job execution
• Monitoring and managing of incidents with support teams (P3-4)
• Creating and monitoring IT SLA, publishing it to customers
• Database and system tuning for the service portfolio

• Education or experience in IT (High school diploma)
• Minimum 5 years of Adequate experience
• Intermediate (B2) English knowledge
• Good written and verbal communicational skills
• Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently
• Proactivity, good communication skills
