Within the Corporate Division, the Multinational Clients Department is dedicated to serve the largest international corporations in Hungary by providing a wide range of commercial banking products (i.e. cash management, investment/working capital financing, leasing, factoring, treasury, trade finance, etc.), including tailor made solutions and complex structured transactions. The front office team is composed of highly experienced Senior Relationship Managers who manage a portfolio of international corporate clients and represent the key point of contact to them. The work of the Relationship Managers is supported by Assistants/Junior Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, Mid Officers and Product Specialists to provide high quality service to the clientele, facilitating sales activity and the origination of new transactions.

Main task: besides basic academic background in corporate finance and financial analysis, no direct experience in banking is required, which instead will be offered and gained on the ground. The candidate will work closely with a dedicated Senior Relationship Manager by shadowing and supporting his/her in daily tasks with the goal of delivering high quality service for clients. Medium term expectations for the Junior Relationship Manager: developing the basic skills required to independently manage a portfolio of corporate clients, expected within 2-3 years’ experience.

Main activities, with the full supervision and support of the Senior Relationship Manager include:

• Working on a variety of corporate transactions, by supporting the origination, evaluation, structuring, credit process, closing and monitoring.
• Attending and actively participating in client meetings.
• Drafting presentations for internal and external audience.
• Preparing offers and indicative term sheets.
• Writing credit applications and financial analysis.
• Assisting in the drafting of credit facility agreements and other banking products.

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Finance.
• At least academic knowledge of Corporate Finance and Financial/Credit Analysis (comfortable reading and interpreting financial statements).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English, efficiently addressing stakeholders.
