Job Description
Bosch Mobility Aftermarket department is looking for a customer supply chain consultant colleague for the Customer Supply Chain Service team in Budapest, who will be assigned to the Hungarian market. Our team is an international team with several locations in Europe, performing local and regional customer service activities in close cooperation with sales, marketing, logistic and other functions.
Your tasks:

• You will be in daily contact with our Partners in Hungary, performing customer care activity, processing inquiries, orders, questions, and requests of our customers, monitoring daily supply chain activity in the assigned responsibility area.
• You will take care about customer complaints and returns, coordinate activities, prepare documents related to supply chain, maintain supply chain relevant master data, and create reports.
• In your daily work you will cooperate within the supply chain team, and also with colleagues in other functions like e.g. sales, logistics and finance, supporting supply chain activities on local and international level.
• You will monitor performance indicators of supply chain activities, propose, and define measures and solutions in case of need and coordinate execution of measures on international level.
• You will support implementation of new processes, process improvements linked to supply chain.

Qualifications

• 
  At least 2 years of experience in customer supply chain or logistic function
• SAP system user knowledge on SD module
• Accuracy in data handling and reliability
• Very good communication and cooperation skills with proactive thinking
• Ability to work independent with good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good user knowledge of MS office
• Hungarian and English language knowledge
