What functions will you perform?

ID Energy Group is currently looking for a O&M Coordinator for a permanent position to coordinate and oversee the activities and operations of field teams within the operation and maintenance project portfolio across the company’s various solar power plants in Hungary.

• Provide technical support for O&M, commissioning, repowering, and revamping projects within the portfolio
• Plan and oversee compliance with annual operational plans;
• Train and supervise field operators,
• Ensure adherence to safety standards
• Assist in major corrective maintenance, high voltage maintenance
• Collaborate with the technical office in preparing technical-commercial proposals and reviewing contracts and agreements
• Conduct economic control of projects, including risk and opportunity analysis
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various business units.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying synergies between new and existing businesses, and preparing processes for future growth
• Work with O&M providers, and equipment suppliers to optimize technical project performance
• Support the transition of projects from construction to operational start-up,
• Assist in calculating and analyzing plant performance and availability indices; proactively address and resolve any deviations, risks, or issues,
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual reports,
• Maintain accurate portfolio-specific data for system asset management, including commissioning records, warranty information, quality inspections, photographs, test documentation, non-compliance reports, corrective actions, punch lists, construction documents, service visits, and customer acceptance records,
• Support warranty claim management with relevant stakeholders,
• Strong collaboration with Hungarian and Spanish O&M Team

Your profile

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the O&M sector (renewable energy)
• Electrical engineering or similar technical degree
• Strong technical knowledge in the operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants, particularly photovoltaic systems, with experience in monitoring and contract management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Effective planning and organizational abilities.
• Proven team management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Proficient in managing remote monitoring systems for energy production and plant performance
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) for data analysis, reporting, and documentation
• Advanced Hungarian and at least intermediate English knowledge (Spanish language is a bonus point)
• Flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary.
