Join our Digital Solutions Team and advance your career as a
Senior Software Engineer

In this role You will:

Lead the technology team in making critical design and technology decisions to drive our Modernization Program and address technical debt.
Cultivate a team culture focused on high-quality code, robust testing practices, and continuous skill development.
Shape and implement the Exchange Deal product roadmap to enhance key performance indicators and deliver measurable business value.
Ensure service excellence, minimizing disruptions to our business operations.
Deliver business enhancements efficiently to drive growth and innovation.
Dedicate 50% of your time to hands-on development, focusing on Java backend.

What You will need to be successful:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
7-10 years as a Software Engineer with experience leading tech teams.
Strong expertise in software engineering, including Test Driven Development and best practices.
Solid skills in software design and computational complexity.
Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in software development.
Proficient in Java and knowledgeable about JVM internals.
Fluent in English.
Experience working with diverse teams across multiple locations.
Operational experience with live systems and familiarity with Dev Ops tools (AWS, Azure Dev Ops, Open Shift/Kubernetes) is a plus.
