What is the job about?
The Senior Global Mobility Consultant is responsible for delivering high quality, user-centric and compliant Global Mobility solutions in accordance with Grundfos’ Global Mobility guidelines, processes and practices.
The Senior Global Mobility Consultant is responsible for designing and implementing country-level processes fully aligned with the Global Mobility processes to ensure compliance with local law and regulations.
The Senior Global Mobility Consultant furthermore acts as Mobility Partner to a defined business area, provides strategic advice on global mobility solutions and builds awareness of Global Mobility practices. The Mobility Partner helps the business identify suitable Mobility solutions to match their strategic needs and identifies gaps in the business’ needs and the existing Global Mobility offerings. The Senior Global Mobility Consultant participates in projects within Global Mobility and/or represents Global Mobility in broader HR/company projects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Advise stakeholders on global mobility solutions according to Grundfos’ policies and processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party providers, such as relocation agents, insurance brokers, tax consultants etc., to manage immigration, insurance, pension, taxes, transport of personal belongings, etc.
- Act as Grundfos’ one point of contact for assignee, accompanying family, line manager, HR Business Partner and other internal stakeholders.
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party providers, such as relocation agents, insurance brokers, tax consultants etc., to manage immigration, insurance, pension, taxes, transport of personal belongings, etc.
- Support the development of country-level adaptions of global policies and standards within Global Mobility.
- Manage different Global Mobility projects and enhancements.
Your background

It is important for you to understand others, therefore you have an effective communication style, you like to plan and organize things and when it comes to numbers you thrive to show your sense of numbers and great analytical skills.
We imagine that you have:
- Relevant bachelor or master’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with end-to-end Global Mobility case management in a global organization.
- Strong technical Global Mobility skills, e.g. cost projection preparation, balance sheet calculation/update, payroll implementation, compliance (tax, social security, immigration, employment law/posted worker etc.).
- Strong management skills.
- Experience in project management.
