What we expect

• Performs tasks related to the timely procurement and delivery, and the acceptance and issue of material from the warehouse
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the warehouse: organizes the time of delivery, records incoming and outgoing goods and regulates the safe storage of goods
• Provides for keeping records of stock movements, including reversals
• Loading and unloading the material from the warehouse
• Communicates with domestic suppliers and buyers and solves complaints
• Sells materials to the third parties and issues bills
• Maintain and manage complete purchasing data and prices in the system
• Plans and manages inventory and also participates in the preparation and arrangement of goods for inventory, which are carried out at least once a year
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment

Who we are looking for

• Proven working experience as a warehouse worker at least 2 years
• Computer literacy and database work, spreadsheet work, and text editor
• Decent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to lift heavy objects
