What we expect

• Timely billing of customer sales documents (Maintenance, Repairs, New Installation, etc.)
• Assist to resolve the customer disputes with credit notes or amendment on the documents
• Build a good relationship with the local organizations / work together to improve the billing quality
• Contact customers via email and phone to follow up on their outstanding
• Generate customer statements and dunning letters
• Regularly run an aging report on the portfolio
• Resolve system issues in cooperation with the SAP consultants in India / China
• Support to enhance continuously the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document
• Responsible for the AR of the 5 Eastern European countries in a team

Who we are looking for

• 1 or more years of experience in Finance;
• Open to understand and respect different cultures from the Eastern Europe countries (Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Czech, Poland);
• Fluency in English and Croatian is a must;
• Advanced MS Office user, especially in Excel;
• Good team player, ready to share the workload or ask for support;
• Can handle complex billing tasks;
• Experience with SAP system is an advantage, but not a must.
