Account Executive

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
The Account Executive will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks, including NEFT payments, bill processing, reconciliation, and customer communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- NEFT Payments: Process NEFT payments for all companies.
- Bulk NEFT: Handle bulk NEFT payments for multiple transactions.
- Bill Receiving: Receive and process bills from vendors and suppliers.
- Bill Entry: Enter bills into the accounting system.
- Bill Conversion: Convert bills into appropriate formats for accounting purposes.
- MSME Database Update: Maintain and update the MSME database with accurate information.
- Petty Cash Entries: Record and reconcile petty cash transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis (QL, SL, CEO).
- Bank Balance Update: Maintain accurate records of bank balances.
- Credit Card Entry: Process credit card transactions and payments.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding payments, refunds, and other account-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting must
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel & Advance Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Bank reconciliation: 3 years (Required)
- Expense management: 3 years (Required)
- Tally: 3 years (Required)
