Admin & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Coordinate internal communications and support various departments as needed.
- Supervise inventory levels, storage conditions, and stock movement.
- Perform regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records.
- Source and purchase cutting tools and related materials; negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile financial statements and purchase orders.
- Prepare financial reports, assist in budgeting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
- Oversee the dispatch process, including order processing, packing, and shipping of cutting tools.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Track and manage shipments, handle any dispatch-related issues, and communicate with customers regarding order status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administration, store management, purchasing, accounting, and dispatch, preferably within the cutting tools or manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, inventory management systems, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
