• 12+ years Experience with o9 Demand Planning, Master Planning and Scheduling (MPS) and Supply Planning
• 5+ years Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods or Consumer Technology or Retail
• 2+ years experience playing role of o9 Architect
• Nice to have Database: SQL, Python on HADOOP, R-Scripts
• Nice to have MS SSIS integration skills, HADOOP HIVE
• Designing and presenting solutions to meet business requirements
• Requirement management and Business Analysis skills are required
• Understanding of customer’s requirements by participating in workshops with functional and business owners of the processes and documenting it.
• Working across multiple layers of the application to convert business requirements and use cases into functional requirements
• Ensuring that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability and reliability are captured.
